At Simply Jane, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or special-order furniture is final sale and cannot be returned.

Clearance and sale items are non-returnable.
3. Condition of Returns

Returned items must be free from damage, stains, or signs of use.

Items not in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement or prepaid return.
